With 30 years of experience Kate has worked with a wide variety of patients from hospital based physio including spinal injuries to private practice.

Kate provides hydrotherapy which she enjoys immensely, especially seeing such great outcomes for her patients.

Running her private practice for over 20 years, Kate now has a special interest in working with patients with pelvic floor and continence problems as well as a wide knowledge of treatment techniques.

Karine Meadley Countrywide Physio
Karine Meadley

Karine has more than 20 years experience as a physio in the UK and around Australia in private, elite sports, and work place settings. Her additional qualifications in Sports Physiotherapy and Health Coaching, plus an interest in pelvic floor health, movement therapy and persistent pain mean she relishes the complicated clients! 

As a Health Coach Karine prides herself on integrating these skills into her physio management, often helping people to make the changes they need to help their injuries but also their overall health.

As a new mum, Karine appreciates the physical and mental challenges of parent hood and has a fresh insight into regaining your health post babies.

Kahlia Grieger Countrywide Physio
Kahlia Grieger

Kahlia has been with Countrywide for a couple of years .


She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia. Being from the small country town of Swan Reach, Kahlia enjoys working within the close knit community of the Barossa Valley.


As a physiotherapist, Kahlia understands the importance and need of working with and listening to her clients to achieve their goals and to help them recover from injury through hands-on therapy, education, advice and exercise therapy including hydrotherapy and pilates.

Stacey Morcom

Stacey joined us in January 2019! She moved to the Barossa last year fell in love with the views, good food and wine, and of course the people.


 As a former dancer she loves working on posture and core stability along with improving flexibility and strength – always in time to the music!

Stacey runs our weekly MS exercise classes and is part of our stellar hydrotherapy team too.
